Who we are
One group behind every counter
We started with a single kitchen and a simple conviction: that a restaurant group should make its own sauces, roast its own beans, ferment its own dough and answer for every plate that leaves the pass. Today that conviction spans eleven brands — from wok-fired Asian street food to bean-to-bar chocolate — each built around a cuisine we wanted to do properly rather than a gap in the market.

Central Production Kitchen
One HACCP-certified central kitchen supplies every brand. Sauces, doughs, marinades and pastry are produced in-house, so quality is identical in every branch.
