Central Kitchen
Made once, made properly
Sauces, doughs, marinades, pastry and chocolate are produced in a single HACCP-certified facility in the Industrial Area, then delivered daily to every branch. It is the reason a dish tastes the same in Al Khor as it does at The Pearl.
Central production also means a new brand can open with a full menu on day one — the recipes, the training and the supply chain already exist.
